Coaching for Veterans

A Clearer Next Chapter After Military Service.

PMCS offers non-clinical personal-development coaching for veterans navigating changes in identity, routine, responsibility, or direction. The work helps you examine what matters to you now and build practical structure around your next steps.

Life After Service

The Transition Can Surface Later.

Military service can shape daily routines, responsibilities, and a strong sense of shared purpose. When those structures change, it can take time to figure out what should come next. For some veterans, that shift becomes clearer years after leaving service. There is no single veteran experience, so the work starts with your circumstances and priorities.

Areas of Focus

What You Can Work On With PMCS.

Coaching gives you a structured space to reflect, make choices, and turn priorities into actions that fit your life now. You might work on:

  • Clarifying who you are beyond a former rank, role, or mission.
  • Identifying strengths from service that you want to keep using.
  • Building routines and accountability that suit your current responsibilities.
  • Sorting through competing priorities and deciding what deserves attention.
  • Turning a direction you choose into practical, adjustable next steps.
The PMCS Method

A Practical Process.

PMCS uses the SCAN → RECOGNIZE → REALIGN → REINFORCE method to move from reflection toward consistent action.

01

SCAN

Name what is happening now: the pressures, routines, responsibilities, and decisions taking your attention.

02

RECOGNIZE

Notice the patterns, standards, strengths, and assumptions influencing how you respond.

03

REALIGN

Choose the priorities and actions that fit the direction you want to take.

04

REINFORCE

Build practical routines and follow-through around those choices, then adjust as life changes.

The Founder

A Veteran-Led Perspective.

PMCS founder Jeremy Cox served 9.5 years in the U.S. Army in computer communications, command-and-control, and radar operations. He also helped train and test medics preparing for combat medic badges. His perspective comes from military service and his own experience rebuilding structure, while recognizing that each veteran’s path is different.

He brings his coaching skills and NLP training through Wild Success along with NASM certification as a personal trainer. PMCS applies that background through a structured, non-clinical coaching approach.
